How Much Does Glutathione Cost? Real Prices for 2026

A treatment vial on a pale surface in soft daylight

Glutathione pricing is confusing on purpose. Some sellers quote per vial, some per session, some per month, and the cheap headline number often leaves out the visit fee, the supplies or the shipping. Here is what the market looks like in 2026 with everything on the table.

The quick answer

Oral supplements run $20 to $40 a month. IV drips run $150 to $300 per session, which at a weekly cadence is $600 to $1,200 a month. Prescription at home injections from telehealth providers land between $140 and $250 a month depending on the company and plan length. PepHaus charges $159 month to month or $143 a month on the 6 month plan, with the provider visit, medication, supplies and shipping included.

What drives the price differences

The form drives most of it. Pills are cheap because manufacturing capsules is cheap, and because most of the dose is lost to digestion you are paying less for less. IVs are expensive because you are renting a nurse, a chair and a room along with the medication. Injections sit in the middle because you handle the administration yourself while a licensed pharmacy handles the medication.

Within injections, prices vary by what is bundled. Some companies quote a low medication price and then add a provider visit fee, a shipping charge and a supplies kit at checkout. Others bundle everything. The only fair comparison is the total that leaves your card each month.

Questions to ask any provider before paying

  • Is the provider visit included or billed separately?
  • Are syringes, swabs and shipping included?
  • Is the pharmacy a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, and will you show a certificate of analysis for my batch?
  • Is there a contract, and what does canceling cost?
  • Does the price rise after an intro period?

A seller who answers all five plainly is a seller you can work with. Evasive answers on the pharmacy question are disqualifying, because that is the question about what actually goes into your body.

How PepHaus prices it

We publish the whole ladder. $159 a month billed monthly with no commitment. $151 a month effective on the quarterly plan. $143 a month effective on the 6 month plan, billed $858.60, which saves $95 against monthly pricing. Every plan includes the online provider visit, the medication from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, pre measured syringes and swabs, cold shipping and ongoing provider access. The physician visit costs you nothing extra, PepHaus covers it. You are charged for medication only if a physician prescribes it, and you can cancel anytime.

Glutathione ships to all 50 states, confirmed during intake.

Is it worth it?

That depends on an honest read of the evidence and your goals. The antioxidant biology is real. The dramatic before and after claims some sellers make are not supported at that level. Providers commonly suggest a 3 to 6 month run to judge your own response. At $143 a month that is a $429 to $858 experiment, which is worth deciding on deliberately rather than through a flashing discount timer.

Frequently asked questions

Does insurance cover glutathione?

No. Glutathione for skin and wellness purposes is not covered by insurance, so every option on the market is cash pay.

Why is compounded glutathione cheaper than IV lounges?

You are not paying for a chair, a nurse or a storefront. The medication comes from a licensed compounding pharmacy and you give a one minute injection at home.

Are there hidden fees at PepHaus?

No. The physician visit is covered by PepHaus, and everything else is in the monthly price. The number you see is the number you pay.

What if a provider does not prescribe it for me?

Then you are not charged for medication. The physician review exists to say no when no is the right answer.
