Text messaging
PepHaus SMS program terms.
Effective September 21, 2026
Pephaus LLC (“PepHaus”, “we”, “us”) sends text messages to people who ask for them. This page explains what you agreed to, what we send, and how to stop at any time.
How you opt in
You join the PepHaus SMS program only by checking the consent box when you create your account during the online visit at care.thepephaus.com, or by texting a keyword to our number. The consent language shown at sign up reads:
“I agree to receive email and recurring SMS messages about my care, orders, appointments, and protocol updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not checked that box. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What we send
Messages about your account and care: a link to finish an unfinished checkout, order and payment confirmations, questions from your clinician, shipping and delivery updates, refill reminders, and occasional offers from PepHaus. Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 2 to 6 messages per month.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one final text confirming you have been removed, and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@thepephaus.com or (480) 253-9791.
Cost and carriers
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. carriers.
Your number and your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above. Text messages are not a secure channel for detailed medical information; clinical questions are handled inside your patient portal. See our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and HIPAA Notice.
