Prescribed online. One small injection before bed. A growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that signals your own pituitary rather than injecting synthetic HGH, filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped ready to use.

The mechanism
Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It signals your pituitary gland to release your own growth hormone in its natural pulsatile pattern, mostly during deep sleep. Your pituitary still decides the timing and the amount.

HGH is the growth hormone itself. Injecting it raises levels directly, which is a different intervention entirely.

A GHRH analog that tells your pituitary to release its own growth hormone. Your body keeps the feedback loop.

One small injection before bed, timed to the window when your own growth hormone is released.
Many patients report improvements in sleep quality, recovery and body composition over the first several weeks of consistent nightly dosing. Effects are gradual and patient-specific, and individual results vary.
Subcutaneous, explained
A tiny needle places the dose just under the skin, in the fat layer, and it is absorbed from there. Endogenous growth hormone peaks during the first few hours of deep sleep, so the nightly dose lines the signal up with that window. Most patients inject before bed.

Not a research-only website
Research-chemical vendors ship raw powder stamped “not for human use” that you are expected to reconstitute and mix yourself. No provider, no prescription, and no real way to know the purity or the strength. PepHaus runs the same molecule through a U.S. licensed provider and a U.S. licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, dosed for you and ready to use.
