Pephaūs is a telehealth platform connecting patients with U.S.-licensed providers and U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies. Eligibility and shipping availability are confirmed during intake.
You may qualify if your BMI is 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition (type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol). Patients with BMI 25+ may qualify depending on medical history, as determined by a licensed provider.

Nope, insurance isn’t needed at Pephaūs. We keep things simple with transparent pricing. Your medication, medical visit, and shipping are all included in one affordable cost.
Cancel or pause from your account dashboard, or email hello@thepephaus.com with your name and order number. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; pausing holds future shipments until you resume.
If your provider decides treatment isn’t appropriate for you, you receive a full refund. No charge for the visit.
PepHaūs partners with two U.S.-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Tirzepatide and semaglutide are filled by VialsRX. NAD+, sermorelin, and glutathione are filled by Hallandale Pharmacy. Both are licensed pharmacies, and shipping availability for your state is confirmed at checkout. Every vial ships with a Certificate of Analysis showing purity and concentration. Pharmacy assignment is determined by the prescribing provider during your intake review.
Your prescription is reviewed and approved by a U.S.-licensed clinician credentialed to practice in your state. PepHaūs works with a multi-state provider network managed through our Bask Health platform. After your intake, you are matched to a clinician in your state who reviews your medical history, confirms eligibility, and prescribes the right treatment. Telehealth rules vary by state. Many states permit asynchronous review, where a written intake reviewed by a U.S.-licensed provider is sufficient to support a prescription. Other states require a live, synchronous visit with your provider before any prescription can be issued, and some require synchronous follow-ups before refills. If your state requires a live video visit, your PepHaus provider will schedule it as part of your intake review at no additional cost. You won’t be prescribed any medication unless and until that visit and any other applicable state requirements are completed.
